Add seats to your license

Tell us which license to expand and how many additional seats per product. Sales will pro-rate the addition against your existing contract’s end date, send you a quote within one business day, and email the new key when you confirm.

Find both values in your Thoma admin UI under Admin → License. Sales verifies ownership before processing.

2. Additional seats

Enter the number of new seats to add to your existing license — not your new total. Seats are universal: each one is full read + write access to everything in your tier (web + SolidWorks add-in + Office add-in, whichever your tier includes).

Seat expansion

Pro-rated, not full-price

Sales will compute the actual amount due based on:

Your contract’s remaining days
Your tier’s per-seat-per-day rate
Your billing cadence (monthly / annual)

The total you’ll owe will be a fraction of a full-period price — aligned so the new seats expire on the same date as your existing contract.
